2010 Rates

Friday evening: $2,500
Saturday: $2,900
Saturday starting after 1 PM and before 6 PM
(includes an extra hour): $4,200
Sunday: $2,500
Monday-Thursday: $1,500
Holidays: $2,800+ Please call to confirm the rate.

Extra Hour: $800 per hour

Rental is based on four hours use. Time after four hours is charged at Extra Hours rates (see above). Three hours of set-up time and one hour of clean-up time are included in the reception rate.

Extra Set-up and Clean-up Time
Additional set-up and clean-up time is available for $350 per hour.

What's Included
Rental includes exclusive use of the Garden, Ballroom, Library, and Catering Kitchen.

Special rates available for extended uses.

Rates for use of the Library-only for meetings
Monday-Friday
Daytime, ending by 3 PM: $105/hour
$125 minimum

Rental is for the facility only and does not include catering or tables and chairs (which will be provided by the caterer. See Approved Caterers).

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of one half of the total due is paid within ten days of the signing of the rental agreement. The second half is due sixty days prior to your event. For events less than four months from the contract date, full payment is due within ten days of the signing of the rental agreement. Chase Court accepts cash and checks.
