Friday: $2,200
Saturday: $2,600
Sunday: $2,200
Monday-Thursday: $1,200
Holidays: $2,600+
Extra Hours: $700 per hour
Rental is based on four hours use. Time after four hours is charged at Extra
Hours rates (see above). Set-up
and clean-up time as described below is included in the rate.
For events longer
than five hours or that start in middle or late afternoon, we offer
the full day on Saturday or Sunday, up to eight hours total, eventending
before midnight: $3,900
Additional set-up and clean-up time is available for $350 per hour.
Rental includes use of the Garden, VIP/Planner's Room, Ballroom, Library,
and Catering Kitchen.
Special
rates available for extended uses.

Daytime, ending by 3 PM: $85/hour
