Elopement Packages

Are you dreaming about a small, intimate wedding ceremony?
Small, private ceremonies can be just as memorable and romantic—if not more so—than big weddings, without straining your budget. You can have a classic, beautiful wedding at Chase Court in the gorgeous ceremony garden or in the Gothic library, at a price you can afford.

Our all-inclusive packages make it easy! Chase Court takes care of all the details. All you need to do is pick a date and relax!

Our Intimate Wedding Packages described below are available for you and up to 18 guests. Call Chase Court at (410) 727-1112 to get started.

All four elopement packages are also available to those who would like to renew their vows. (Perfect for creating a special, memorable wedding anniversary!)

Chase Court and all of our officiants are happy to welcome couples of every spirituality and sexuality.

• Photography: A professional wedding photographer will be available before, during and after your ceremony (one hour, total) to record your memories. You will receive a compact disk with all of your images, which you may view and use at your leisure. You'll also receive three 8" x 10" prints, suitable for framing.

• Officiant: Your wedding service will be conducted by one of our outstanding officiants. Your officiant will work with you before your wedding to be sure the wedding service is just right for you.

• Flowers: You'll receive an exquisite classic white and ivory bouquet and matching boutonniere from one of Baltimore's best florists. (White and ivory not your colors? Tell us what you'd like and we'll see what we can do!)

The 2010 all-inclusive fee for all of the Standard Package is only $1,795.

• Lodging: You'll enjoy a romantic overnight stay for two in Empire Room, the favorite room of brides at the historic 4 East Madison Inn, just four blocks from Chase Court.

• Dinner: On your way to the Inn you'll enjoy dinner for two at either (your choice):

Sascha's 527, 527 North Charles Street, a delightful six block walk from Chase Court down historic Charles Street.

Located in a glorious 19th Century Mount Vernon townhouse, the look is stunning. Draped by ten foot, deep red velvet theatrical curtains, you are immediately treated to an eye opening specter of dramatic proportions. Towering 16-foot ceilings supported by marbleized columns, a turn of the century crystal chandelier, warm and sensual lighting and a theme of gold and red colors that make the space sizzle.

Your three-course meal will draw upon Sascha's eclectic dishes using fresh ingredients, complemented by a bottle of their house wine.

Sascha's is an easy two-block walk from 4 East Madison Inn.

• Roses: A dozen roses from one of Baltimore's best florists in your room for you to take home with you.

Details

Bookings are accepted no earlier than three months prior to the event. Maximum of twenty (20) guests including the bride and groom. Ceremony in the Ceremony Garden or the Library, your choice. White wooden chairs included for guest's use, if desired.

Days and times as available.

Not available on New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve and selected other holidays. Holiday rates may apply.

Elopement Package rental is based on one hour's use. Time after one hour is charged at extra hours rate of $800 per hour.

Rental is for the facility and services as described above, and the use of up to 18 white wooden chairs.

Photographers, florists and officiants will be chosen at the discretion of Chase Court from our list of Recommended Vendors.

Full payment is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Chase Court accepts cash and checks.
