Centrally located in the historic Baltimore neighborhood of Mount Vernon, one of Baltimore's best neighborhoods, Chase Court is an extraordinary historic facility and an ideal location for cast and crew meals and holding, wrap parties, and filming.

Chase Court is an 1879 Gothic Revival former Episcopal parish house constructed of stone with arched and diamond-leaded glass windows, delightfully intricate historic woodwork, and soaring ceilings. Downstairs includes a 1,600 sq. foot Ballroom with a 15' Ceiling and a 400 Sq. Foot Library while upstairs features living quarters defined by incredible contemporary architecture successfully combined with magnificant Gothic-Revival leaded and stained windows, all under a 35' peaked cathedral ceiling. Catering service on the street in front of our gates. The sidewalk here is more than 20 feet deep, with plenty of space for an Easy-Up and salad bar, etc. without impeding the normal flow of traffic. Notice the marble hitching block in front of the truck.
