It's REAL.
Original, distinctive 1879 Gothic architecture. Traditional and
Elegant. It's a building with history,
not to mention the arched, diamond leaded-glass windows, delightfully
intricate historic woodwork and architectural detailing, and soaring
ceilings. Authentic, but with modern comforts like central air conditioning.
This is an outstanding Baltimore special event and function facility
for discerning event hosts who prefer originality in lieu of hotel banquet
rooms. It's the perfect place for extraordinary special events, wedding
ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings, holiday parties, fund-raising
and black-tie galas.
2. Trees,
FLOWERS, and a Pond.
Where else can you find a private Garden in
the middle of the city with a canopy of trees, hundreds of flowers, a
pond with 30 goldfish, and a Wisteria-covered arbor? The Garden can seat
up to 130 people and is the perfect place for romantic receptions and
mind-clearing mingling. It's a breath of fresh air!

FITS.
The 1,600-square-foot Gothic Ballroom accommodates
up to 125 seated for dinner or 150+ guests, cocktail-style. The Ballroom
features a fifteen-foot ceiling, huge original leaded-glass windows,
a large working fireplace and ivy-covered original chandeliers. Simple,
elegant, and intimate. Chase Court's soaring ceilings and captivating
Gothic architecture create a refreshing and mind-awakening setting
for business discussions, holiday parties or social occasions.
For smaller groups, there's the 400-square-foot Library.
The Library is ideal for private board meetings, working breakfasts,
and luncheons. Dramatic period chandeliers, separate heating/air conditioning,
and excellent lighting make this a magnificent room! The windows overlooking
the Garden give the Library a delightful view. It's the perfect setting
for intimate celebrations or corporate discussions. For larger events,
it's just right for displayed hors d'oeuvres and the bar (if the bar
isn't outside in the Garden).

Chase Court is in the heart of historic Mount Vernon, three blocks north
of the Washington Monument, six blocks from Downtown, 12 blocks north
of the Inner Harbor. What could be more convenient! There's also easy
access to I-83 North & South (four blocks in either direction). BWI
Airport is just fifteen-minutes away.

The building has stood since 1879, but we've only been welcoming guests
since 2002. But business is booming, so it won't be long before everyone
knows about Chase Court. Now's the time to impress the "been there,

Our main entrance is on Chase Street, through the original 1879 cast
iron gate, down our flower and tree-lined 100-foot-long brick walkway,
far from the hustle and bustle of the street. On the St. Paul Street
side, the cast iron fence surrounds our outer garden, behind which the
solid wood privacy fence encloses the inner garden. We're invisible from
the street, 50 feet and a world away.
Our building is all but completely hidden, guaranteeing your complete
privacy. No one will know you're here!
7. You'll
Be All ALONE.
There's only one event on the property at a time at Chase Court. You
won't meet anyone from anywhere else wandering about, and your event
won't be overshadowed by some other larger or fancier affair in the next
room. You have complete privacy, and our complete attention.
8. CHEAP Parking.
Convenient,
too, with a 350-space garage around the corner on Charles
Street, another across the street, a 75-space lot across
the street, another large lot a block and a half away
on
Charles
Street,
and
for the true Baltimorean, street parking on St. Paul,
Chase, Biddle, Charles, and other adjacent streets.
