2010 Reception Rates
Friday evening: $2,500
Saturday morning or early afternoon: $2,500
Saturday evening: $2,900
Saturday starting after 1 PM and before 6 PM
(includes an extra hour): $4,200
Sunday afternoon or evening: $2,500
Monday-Thursday: $2,100

Extra Hour: $800 per hour

Reception rental (with or without a ceremony) is based on four hours use. Time after four hours is charged at Extra Hours rates (see above). Three hours of set-up time and one hour of clean-up time are included in the reception rate. When a ceremony is included please see below for ceremony rate.

Extra Set-up and Clean-up Time
Additional set-up and clean-up time is available for $350 per hour.

What's Included
Rental includes exclusive use of the Garden, Bride's Room, Ballroom, Library, and Catering Kitchen.

Rental is for the facility only and does not include catering or tables and chairs (which will be provided by the caterer).

Wedding Ceremonies in the Garden, when your reception is also at Chase Court: $600

Ceremonies with a Reception:
When a ceremony is included with a reception the bride and bridal party have use of the Bride's Room for up to an hour prior to the ceremony start time and through to the end of the reception. A rehearsal may also be conducted (and is strongly encouraged!) during the week prior to the ceremony. Please call Chase Court two to three months prior to your ceremony to schedule your rehearsal.

Wedding Ceremonies without a reception at Chase Court: $1,100
Want to have just your ceremony at Chase Court? You can! A ceremony rental without a reception is based on one hour of use.

Ceremonies without a Reception (ceremony-only):
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings are accepted no earlier than three months prior to the event. Weekday bookings are accepted at any time. Maximum of one hundred (100) guests plus the bride and groom. Ceremony in the Ceremony Garden or the Ballroom, your choice. White wooden chairs included for guest's use, if desired.

Days and times as available. Not available on New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve and selected other holidays. Holiday rates may apply.

Ceremony rental is based on one hour's use. Time after one hour is charged at extra hours rate of $800 per hour.

Rental is for the facility and services as described above, and the use of up to 100 white wooden chairs.

Ceremony-Only (without a reception) Options:
Officiant
Chase Court will provide at officiant for an additional fee of $400. Officiants will be chosen at the discretion of Chase Court from our list of Recommended Vendors.

Bride's Room
For an additional fee of $300, the bride and bridal party may have use of the Bride's Room for up to one hour prior to the ceremony start time.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of one half of the total due is paid at the signing of the rental agreement. The second half is due sixty days prior to your wedding. For weddings less than four months from the contract date, full payment is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Ceremonies without receptions require payment in full. Chase Court accepts cash and checks.
