Wedding Rates

2008 Reception Rates
Friday evening: $2,200
Saturday morning or early afternoon: $2,200
Saturday evening: $2,600
Sunday afternoon or evening: $2,200
Monday-Thursday: $1,800
Holidays: $2,600+

Extra Hour: $700 per hour

Reception rental (with or without a ceremony) is based on four hours use. Time after four hours is charged at Extra Hours rates (see above). Set-up and clean-up time as described below is included in the reception rate. When a ceremony is included please see below for ceremony rates.

For receptions longer than five hours or that start in the middle or late afternoon, we offer up to six hours total, reception ending before midnight on Saturday or Sunday: $3,900

Set-up and Clean-up
Three hours of set-up and one hour of clean-up are included in the reception fee. Additional set-up and clean-up time is available for $350 per hour.

What's Included
Rental includes use of the Garden, Bride's Room, Ballroom, Library, and Catering Kitchen.

Rental is for the facility only and does not include catering or tables and chairs (which will be provided by the caterer).

Wedding Ceremonies in the Garden, when your reception is also at Chase Court: $600

Wedding Ceremonies (stand-alone) without a reception:
Monday - Thursday: $1,000
Friday: $1,500
Saturday morning/afternoon: $1,600
Sunday afternoon: $1,600

Stand-alone ceremony rates may vary according to the day of the week, the time of day, and the date of the ceremony; the size and length of the ceremony; the length of time between the booking date and the ceremony date; and other factors. Please call to confirm the rate.

Stand-alone ceremony rental is based on two hours use. Time after two hours is charged at Extra Hours rates (see above).

What's Included
When a ceremony is included the bride and bridal party have use of the Bride's Room throughout the event and for up to an hour prior to the event start time. A rehearsal may also be conducted during the week prior to the event.

Payment
A non-refundable deposit of one half of the total due is paid at the signing of the contract. The second half is due sixty days prior to your wedding. For weddings less than four months from the contract date, full payment is due at the signing of the rental agreement. Ceremonies without receptions require payment in full. Chase Court accepts cash and checks.
