Wedding Ceremony & Reception Rates 2012 Reception Rates Reception
rental (with or without a ceremony) is based on four hours use.
Time after four hours is charged at Extra Hours rates (see above). Three hours of set-up time and one hour of clean-up time are included in

below for ceremony rate. 2012 Winter Special! 2012 Ceremony Rates Wedding Ceremonies in the Garden, when your reception is also at Chase Court: $600 2012 Ceremony Rates Wedding Ceremonies in the Garden, when your reception is also at Chase Court. When a ceremony is included with a reception the bride and bridal party have use of the Bride's Room for up to an hour prior to the ceremony start time and through to the end of the reception. A rehearsal may also be conducted (and is strongly encouraged!) during the week prior to the ceremony. Please call Chase Court two to three months prior to your ceremony to schedule your rehearsal. Ceremonies with a Reception: $600 Wedding Ceremonies without a reception at Chase Court. Want to have just your ceremony at Chase Court? You can! A ceremony rental without a reception is based on one hour of use for a maximum of one hundred (100) guests plus the bride and groom, and includes the rental of up to one hundred (100) white wooden chairs. Your ceremony can be in the Ceremony Garden or the Ballroom, whichever you prefer. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings for ceremonies without a reception are accepted no earlier than three months prior to the event. Weekday bookings are accepted at any time. Days and times as available. Not available on New Year's Eve or Christmas Eve and selected other holidays. Holiday rates may apply. Ceremonies without a Reception (ceremony-only): $1,100 To book your date, call Chase Court at (410) 727-1112. 2013 Reception Rates Friday afternoon or evening: $2,800 Saturday morning or early afternoon: $2,800 Saturday evening (6 PM or later start): $3,200 Saturday starting after 1 PM and before 6 PM (includes an extra hour): $4,500 Sunday afternoon or evening: $2,800 Monday-Thursday: $2,400 Holidays: $3,000+ Please call to confirm the rate.
