CHASE COURT

A Great Celtic-themed Renaissance Wedding at Chase Court!

This is one of the most beautiful and most authentic Renaissance weddings that we’ve had at Chase Court (Please ignore the shoes!).

The bride was stunning! I loved how she presented each bridesmaid with her bouquet – with lovely ceremony – and then placed this beautiful floral headpiece on her youngest attendant.

The guest book was hand-painted by a friend of the bride, Kevin Wallace.

The officiant was none other than Cardinal Sinnius Vice, well known to Faire-goers far and wide.

The paparazzi! The photographer in purple is Mark Gail from The Washington Post. He covered the whole wedding, along with writer Ellen McCarthy. Look for it next week in the paper!

It was a beautiful reception, complete with period music and a heraldic banner (not shown) over the fireplace. —David
