What are your fees, and are there any additional fees?

All of our fees are posted and detailed here on the website. We want to make it easy for you to plan your wedding at Chase Court!

Do we need insurance?

You do. We require you to purchase liability insurance.

We strongly encourage you to also buy wedding cancellation insurance. Cancellation insurance offers protection if you need to cancel your wedding for a variety of reasons, including severe weather and sudden illness.

Chase Court is fully insured, as are all of our approved caterers.

Are tables and chairs included in your rates?

Yes! Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception are included with your rental. You may also choose to rent equipment through the caterer, so you have complete freedom in your choice of size, style, and color of tables and chairs. By the way, table linens are a rental item provided through your caterer, and an outstanding, low-cost way to add to your decor!

“Thank you for providing us with the most ethereal and magical setting for our special day!”

Abby D., bride

“We loved having our September wedding at Chase Court! David was communicative throughout the process and I think even ended up magically fixing my mom's corsage at one point during the evening! The venue itself is beautiful; we had our ceremony outside and reception indoors. It felt so magical to be in a beautiful little green oasis in busy Mount Vernon. We had about 85 guests and the space felt perfectly intimate and warm.”

“We had an amazing experience at Chase Court for our wedding in September. My husband and I chose the complete elopement package, which was ideal for us since we wanted a small, stress-free ceremony. David took care of every detail flawlessly. We decided to add the bridal suite and a harpist, which made the day even more special. The photographer David chose was fantastic, and we received our photos promptly. For our reception, we followed David's suggestion and held it at Sammy’s Trattoria nearby, which our guests thoroughly enjoyed.”
