Chase Court specializes in small weddings. We comfortably (and honestly) accommodate a maximum of 125 guests seated for dinner or 150 guests served cocktail-style.
Rates include your ceremony and reception, or if you prefer, just your reception.

Included With Every Wedding
Our experienced professional support (23+ years, 900+ weddings!) between now and your wedding day.
A walk-through planning meeting with the caterer, approximately one month before your wedding.
A rehearsal (strongly encouraged!), which we help run, during the week of your ceremony.
Chase Court provides coordination for your ceremony at your rehearsal and on the day of your wedding. Please call two or three months prior to your ceremony to schedule your rehearsal.
Three hours of supervised set-up time (the industry standard) prior to ceremony and reception time.
Tables and chairs for your ceremony and reception.
Use of the wedding suite for one or both members of the couple and their attendants and parents for an hour prior to the ceremony starting time and through to the end of the reception.
FOUR HOURS (or FIVE, for Saturday weddings that start before 6 PM) of event time. Extra hours are available (see above).
One hour of supervised break-down time after your ceremony and reception time.
Staff supervision throughout the event and coordination of set-up, break-down, and your ceremony.
(Catering is not included in our rates. We have a list of six outstanding Approved Caterers.)

Winter Rate Reduction
January, February, and March Special!
Book a wedding to take place between January 3 and March 31 and take 50% off of the rental rate.
Not valid on holidays, does not apply to elopement ceremonies or ceremony-only bookings. May not be combined with other discount offers. Additional restrictions may apply.
Military Discount
Active-duty military personnel save 10% on their wedding at Chase Court!
At least one member of the couple must be on active duty in the United States Military on the date of the booking as well as the date of the wedding and must present a valid active-duty United States Armed Forces identification card at time of booking. Not valid on holidays or Saturdays in May, June, August, September, or October; does not apply to elopement add-ons or ceremony-only package add-ons; may not be combined with Winter Rate Reduction or other discount offers. Additional restrictions may apply. United States Military for this purpose is defined as the United States Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, National Guard, or Reserves.

Live Music Add-On
Live music adds special something to your wedding celebration, and it sounds great at Chase Court!
While you can, of course, engage your own musicians, we can make it easy and convenient for you, with your choice of harp, violin, voice, viola, cello, bass, flute, or guitar. (Want something else? Ask!).
Live music is available in solo, duo, trio, or quartet form.
All of our musicians are professional wedding musicians with an extensive music repertoire. They look and sound great!
They’ll consult with you before your wedding and be happy to perform whatever you like, whether it’s specific pieces you’ve chosen or their own carefully-considered selections from a wide variety of categories, from traditional wedding music like Pachelbel’s Canon in D to the The Beatles to the themes from popular movies like Star Wars or Lord of the Rings.
