Here’s a good example of a clean, classic look pulled off with a minimal budget and a bit of creativity. Off-white table linens, rich red napkins (red looks GREAT in the Ballroom!), and a ribbon-wrapped stack of books as a centerpiece (which does double-duty as a support for the table numbers). The passport-like piece at each place setting was a nice homemade favor.
The chairs here, black Chiavaris with black cushions, were an indulgence, but black wooden or resin folding chairs would have done just as well. —David
Thanks David for sharing the photos. As you know I am the Event Coordinator for Manor Catering and we were the caterer for this wedding. I loved the brides concept when she explained it to me in our details meeting. I really think it all came together and the black chiavari chairs were a super bonus!!!!!!!!
