Tabitha put together a gorgeous classic winter wedding at Chase Court in Baltimore, with rich colors and lots of delicate, lacy details. It was all perfectly suited to their January 2, New Year’s date!
Walking his daughter down the aisle is always such a special moment for the father of the bride. Tabitha’s father was as proud and happy as could be!
What could be better for a classic wedding than the harp! Harpist Monica Vasey set the perfect musical tone for Tabitha and Payne’s traditional wedding ceremony.
The bride was escorted by her father and presented by her parents.
The bride and groom received communion, with is often included in tradition wedding services.
Pastor Gregg Alsbrooks from the Bel Air Church of the Nazarene led the service and celebrated communion with Tabitha and Payne.
After the official wedding vows were said, out came their own, more personal wedding vows! First came the groom’s vows. There was laughter, and more than a few tears…
Then came the bride’s vows. Tabitha spoke beautifully of her great love and admiration for the man she was about to marry.
The three flower girls paid rapt attention—and kept a grip on their flowers!
There were lots of joyful, tearful, and moving moments in their wedding ceremony, sometimes all at the same time!
Prayer was an important and integral part of their wedding service.
And finally, the kiss!
Happy, gorgeous, and married!
The sparkly winter table settings carried the classic winter wedding theme perfectly!
Classic, traditional decor, with a little bit of uplighting to jazz it up for dinner and dancing!
Super clever favor idea: Escort cards attached to cute little maple syrup containers! How sweet!
