Emily and Ray really wanted an outdoor wedding ceremony, but with a hurricane threatening early in the week and lots of rain in the forecast, it was hard to know what Saturday would bring, so they invoked their save-the-day plan and brought in the fabulous clear tent they had on reserve. It worked out great!
The tent did a nice job of framing the ceremony and added a bit of dazzle on its own with snappy perimeter lighting. The transparency let light in and didn’t feel confining at all.
They wrote their own vows – and the rest of the wedding ceremony – and read them to each other.
Married! The new husband and wife went up to the bride’s room for a few minutes of just-us time before the reception.
