Claire and Jordan brightened up a cool late March morning in the Chase Court garden, still coming out of its winter slumber. Claire’s brother, Dustin, officiated.
The late morning light in the ballroom was amazing!
Photographs of Claire and Jordan’s pets were in each of the windows.
This was one of the gorgeous food stations that Absolutely Perfect Catering created.
Brunch, including roasted vegetables with rosemary, was fabulous!
Clair and Jordan are the 28th same-sex couple to be married at Chase Court. We’ve been honored, delighted, and moved by each of these LGBT weddings. Each one is special for all kinds of reasons, not the least of which is, for some of these couples, they’ve been waiting a very long time, including two women from Ohio who had been waiting 28 years. Couples from nine states have come to Chase Court from their same-sex wedding. The 29th and 30th same-sex weddings at Chase Court are coming up in May.
We look forward to the day – which we hope will come later this year – when same-sex couples everywhere in the United States can be married in their home state.
