I love the colors of fall! This is how it looked today, from the guest entrance doors looking out toward the iron gates. Can you just see a bride coming through that beautiful carpet of leaves? The apricot tree has been doing a good job of arching over the walkway (with some help. Have you ever tried to tame a fruit tree?). Along with the rose arch and the pyracantha, it’s become a really nice way to say, ‘something special happens here’, not to mention a great place for photographs! —David
